Mexicana® Vegan Toastie

Super spicy and meltingly delicious vegan toastie!

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of plain white vegan bread
30g Mexicana® Vegan
2 tsp plant-based spread (1 tsp for each slice)

METHOD:

1. Spread the plant-based spread over one side of each slice of bread.

2. Heat up a pan on a medium setting and put one slice of bread, spread down onto the pan.

3. Top with grated Mexicana® Vegan.

4. Place the second slice of bread, spread side up, on top.

5. When the Mexicana® Vegan starts to melt and the underside is starting to brown, flip the toastie carefully to brown the second side.

6. Toast the second side until brown the Mexicana® Vegan is fully melted.

 

Slice and serve.
