Applewood® Vegan Cheeze Scones

Scrumptious, savoury vegan scones to enjoy anytime!

INGREDIENTS:

125g grated Applewood® Vegan
225g self-raising flour
50g margarine
Pinch of salt
1 tsp of paprika
60ml milk alternative

METHOD:

1. Rub flour and margarine together till form breadcrumb consistence.

2. Add paprika, Applewood® Vegan and salt, mix.

3. Form a well in the middle and add milk, mix add a little water if needed.

4. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to approximately 2cm thick.

5. Cut out the scones with a medium cutter and place on an oven tray. Glaze the tops with the extra milk.

6. Cook at 200°C for 15 mins or until golden.

 

Serve immediately. Enjoy!
