Applewood® Vegan Breakfast Sandwich
This is a wonderfully easy recipe, a super breakfast sandwich with deliciously smoky Applewood® Vegan

• 1 Vegan Bagel
• 1 Plant Based Breakfast Sausage Patty
• 2 Pieces of Tofu
• 1/2 a Tomato
• 1 Handful of Spinach
• 1 Applewood® Vegan Slice
• 1 tbspn Vegan Mayo
• 1 tbspn Sriracha Sauce
• 1 tspn Paprika
• 1 tspn Turmeric
• 1 tspn Black Salt
• 1 tspn Onion Powder
Start by seasoning the tofu slices with the dry spices.
Slice the tomato.
Next, heat a little oil in a pan and add the tofu and plant based sausage, turning halfway through cooking.
Once the plant based sausage and tofu are almost cooked, add a slice of Applewood® Vegan between the tofu and sausage.
Slice the bagel in half and place it into the toaster.
Once toasted, open up the bagel and add the spinach, tomato slices, cooked tofu, Applewood® Vegan and plant based sausage.
Top with the vegan mayo and sriracha before adding on the top half of the bagel to complete the breakfast sandwich.
